The Planet Group’s direct end-user client is seeking a Certified Workday Recruiting Lead to join them on a long-term contract opportunity in the vibrant city of San Antonio, TX!
Key Responsibilities:
- Seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Lead to take ownership of their recruiting technology roadmap and delivery. This role goes beyond day-to-day system oversight - you’ll guide and mentor a team of six offshore analysts based in India, ensuring consistent execution of full-cycle recruiting solutions.
- You’ll serve as the key connector between business stakeholders and technical resources, working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders to translate hiring strategies and operational requirements into scalable, optimized Workday Recruiting configurations.
Requirements:
- Previously or actively Implementation Partner Certified in Workday Recruiting
