Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / PM t to help operationalize incoming work across Workday Financials. This individual will play a key role in managing incident intake, triaging requests, coordinating enhancements, and ensuring work is properly shaped and prioritized before entering the delivery team.
This role blends Agile coordination, functional Workday Finance knowledge, and hands-on ServiceNow experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational support environment.
