Title: Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant (Lead)

This is for a 'Recruiting workday functional consultant for a financial services customer based out of San Antonio. The individual is expected :
Have solid work experience in Workday Recruiting and posses expertise in workday recruit configurations and business processes
Lead a team that comprises of workday functional and integration consultants from Client; will be the primary face for the client in US
Work along with of recruiters in understanding their pain points and enhancing the hiring process defined
To have working experience in agile teams as lead
To partner with Product Owners in understanding the scope of the enhancements, building new functionality, enhancing existing business processes, testing then end to end and performing deployments
Solid communication skills should highlight any risks and potentials delays upfront with plans to mitigate them
Should have workday recruiting certification
