What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Lead the daily operational rhythm of the HR Operations team and manage ticket volumes to ensure global service level agreements are consistently met.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive tier-two employee inquiries and confidential HR matters.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to HR Operations team members and support leadership in identifying development opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, ensuring data integrity across new hires, terminations, transfers, pay changes, and organizational restructures.
- Execute mass data changes using Workday Enterprise Interface Builder and manage complex data corrections and organizational updates.
- Develop and run reports to support compliance, audit readiness, and operational decision-making.
- Maintain the integrity of workforce data as the single source of truth within Workday.
- Identify and implement process improvements across the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
- Support quality assurance testing for Workday releases and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws, audit requirements, and regulatory reporting calendars.
- Manage high-profile external and regulatory reporting requirements accurately and on time.
- Develop clear process documentation and user-friendly guidance for HR stakeholders and internal teams.
- Leverage emerging tools, including AI technologies, to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive compensation, severance, and employee data.
What Qualifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Typically seven or more years of experience in HR Operations or HR Service Center environments, including experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR programs, processes, and global HR Operations practices.
- Functional expertise in Workday HCM, including business processes, mass data loads using EIBs, and organizational structuring.
- Experience managing high-volume transactional HR data, including hires, terminations, transfers, pay rate changes, and reorganizations.
- Experience ensuring compliance with labor regulations and supporting audit processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive, or comparable software with the ability to build complex formulas and dashboards.
- Experience using reporting tools and workforce analytics to support operational decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and explain complex processes clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and handle highly confidential information.
- Experience using Qualtrics for experience management. (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and reporting functions. (Preferred)
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency. (Preferred)
