Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter (6-Month Temporary Assignment) to join the Recruiting Team, based in Chicago, Boston, or New York.
In this contract role, you will support end-to-end recruiting execution with a focus on sourcing and hiring technical talent across the organization. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, ensuring an efficient hiring process and strong candidate experience across a diverse range of positions.
What You’ll Do
- Full lifecycle recruitment for Data Science and AI Engineering roles
- Proactively source active and passive tech talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct outreach, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current hiring needs
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the process
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and support reporting needs
- Support recruitment campaigns and high-volume hiring efforts as needed
You Bring
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, with exposure to sourcing and hiring technology talent
- Experience supporting full lifecycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Eightfold, iCIMS, Workday)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced yet consensus-based corporate culture
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Pay: $40-60
