.Workday Reporting Developer
Location: Edison, NJ (Onsite) – 2 Positions
Engagement: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:
Client is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Developer to support enterprise-wide reporting needs across HR, Payroll, and Finance domains within a large healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday reporting, data analysis, and integrations, with experience supporting hospital or healthcare systems preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday custom reports, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboards
- Build and optimize Calculated Fields to support complex business requirements
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio – as applicable) for reporting and downstream systems
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance with healthcare and internal reporting standards
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, performance concerns, and data discrepancies
- Assist with Workday enhancements, upgrades, and testing cycles
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience
- Strong expertise in Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, and Dashboards
- Deep understanding of Workday business objects and calculated fields
- Experience supporting Healthcare / Hospital systems is highly preferred
- Exposure to Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and/or Financials reporting
- Working knowledge of Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

- Prior experience working with large enterprise or healthcare organizations
- Workday certifications (Reporting, HCM, or Integrations)
