- Experience implementing/supporting Workday Technical modules
- Strong in Workday Architecture
- Lead workshop sessions for design and architect
- Excellent config experience
- Very strong with workday finance modules is must
- Leading Tech team experience.
- Strong experience within any finance modules Workday Payroll, absence, time tracking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience designing and building complex integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Exposure to Change Management, Testing and Deployment activities
- Strong exposure to Workday Web Services, REST APIs
