The Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Global Benefits Manager to lead the design, strategy, and administration of our benefits programs across EMEA, APAC, and Canada. This is a high-impact role where you will ensure our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and deeply rooted in our commitment to employee well-being.

What You’ll Do
Global Strategy & Regional Expertise
- Develop and implement a global benefits strategy with a primary focus on EMEA, APAC, and Canada to ensure programs are equitable and market-leading.
- Benchmark benefits against regional trends and regulatory requirements to maintain our position as an employer of choice.
- Partner with regional HR leaders to adapt global programs to local cultures and business goals.
Leave Administration & Compliance
- Oversee statutory and company-sponsored leave programs (maternity, paternity, caregiving, etc.) across all international regions.
- Simplify leave processes to improve the employee experience while ensuring 100% compliance with regional labor laws.
- Analyze utilization trends to identify opportunities for program enhancement.
Systems & Workday Integration
- Lead Workday Benefits modules: Drive integrations, implementations, and system optimizations.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT to support seamless data flow between Workday and external vendors.
- Troubleshoot configuration and testing to ensure data integrity.
Vendor Management & RFPs
- Manage the end-to-end RFP process for global benefits vendors, evaluating for cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Lead the onboarding and implementation of new vendors, ensuring smooth transitions and system integrations.
Next-Gen Innovation (AI & ChatGPT)
- Leverage AI tools (including ChatGPT): Enhance employee communications by automating routine inquiries and FAQs.
- Deploy AI-driven analytics to identify trends in benefits utilization and inform future program design.
- Train the broader HR team on using AI to optimize workflows and scale impact.
Well-Being & Renewals
- Champion global well-being initiatives addressing physical, mental, and financial health.
- Lead annual benefits renewals for EMEA, APAC, and Canada, negotiating contracts and plan designs with brokers to ensure fiscal responsibility.
What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in global benefits and leave management, with specific expertise in EMEA, APAC, and Canadian markets.
- Technical Skills: Deep experience with Workday Benefits, including implementations and configurations.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale RFPs and cross-functional vendor transitions.
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of regional regulations, market trends, and cultural nuances in international benefits.
What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certifications: GPHR, SPHR, or CEBS is a plus.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse time zones and cultures.
