Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent pools across multiple channels, including social media management and cold calling.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding, utilizing ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday.
- Conduct thorough interviews, employing effective communication skills and assessment techniques to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative talent management guidance.
- Lead campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs to identify emerging talent early in their careers.
- Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to ensure fair and legal hiring practices.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or SAP, generating reports for leadership review.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes through research, training & development, and leveraging tools such as Salesforce or UltiPro.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and internal recruiting with a track record of successfully filling hard-to-source roles.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to manage candidate expectations and employer branding effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Taleo, or iCIMS, along with HRIS platforms like Workday or ADP.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with social media management for talent sourcing and lead generation strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships across teams and foster a positive candidate experience through relationship management techniques.
- Knowledge of HR processes including employee orientation, employee evaluation, employee relations, contracts, succession planning, and training & development. Pay: $69,642.08 - $83,870.03 per year
