Recruiter (US Based Client Experience)
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Recruiters based in the Philippines to support our U.S.-based clients with high-volume recruitment needs. As a Recruiter, you will be embedded in our Talent Acquisition Support team, managing sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement for hourly roles such as Mechanics and Operations Specialists.
This is a full-cycle recruiting role, responsible for managing job postings, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and facilitating hiring logistics. You will be part of a dedicated team of 2–3 recruiters, integrated into our clients' workflows through ForceMultiply's partnership with a U.S.-based Employer of Record (EOR). You will also follow standardized tools, templates, and processes defined within the MSA to ensure delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening
- Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, and local channels.
- Review applications and resumes to assess alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Leverage recruiting experience to identify early red flags and eliminate candidates from the talent pool early in the process.
- Advance promising candidates quickly through to the next stage in the recruiting process and ensure swift movement to employment.
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines for hourly roles, especially for mechanics and field operations positions.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer facilitation.
- Collaborate closely with the COO, HR Manager, and other recruiters.
- Provide scheduling support and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Partner with the onboarding team to hand off hired candidates for seamless integration.
Client & Workflow Integration
- Follow EOR workflows and processes as outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
- Accurately use internal recruiting tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate progress.
- Maintain timely and clear documentation and updates within shared systems.
Reporting & Communication
- Regularly communicate with the U.S.-based client team on progress, challenges, and hiring outcomes.
- Track and report recruitment metrics as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and applicant confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- MUST have 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment for U.S.-based clients.
- Experience in BPO, managed services, or recruitment process outsourcing with a preference for blue collar and hourly labor.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is required.
- Experience sourcing and screening candidates for hourly and blue collar labor roles.
- Familiarity with the U.S. labor market and time zones is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in ATS systems such as Greenhouse, Manatal, Lever, Workday, or Zoho Recruit.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work daily hours in U.S. time zones.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Experience with client-facing reporting or status updates is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and customer-centricity.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
