Position Title: Compensation Operations Specialist
Work Location: 50% onsite in Tampa, FL 33601

Pay Range: $ 42-44 /hr
Position Summary:
This role, part of the People Services organization, is responsible for the effective execution and administration of the company’s global compensation programs.
The position supports critical compensation processes including base pay administration, short and long term incentive programs, job evaluations and market pricing, allowances, one time payments, and severance processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the delivery of global and regional compensation programs, partnering closely with People Services, HR Business Partners, and TR Business Partners.
- Execute annual and seasonal compensation cycles, including salary reviews, incentive processing, and data validation.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for compensation related inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate research and resolution.
- Partner with cross functional HR teams to meet service-level and performance metrics aligned with People Services objectives.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing in accordance with global frameworks and governance.
- Participate in annual salary surveys and analyze market data, trends, and internal equity to inform competitive pay positioning.
- Support stakeholders with ad hoc compensation analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards Business Partners to develop annual salary ranges and maintain compensation structures.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and improve compensation service delivery.
- Contribute to cross-functional and cross-regional HR initiatives that advance operational efficiency and global consistency.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation or Compensation Operations (broad-based, executive, and/or incentive compensation experience welcomed).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, compensation processes, employment regulations, and total rewards compliance within the relevant region.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to build strong partnerships across a global organization and translate business needs into operational solutions.
- Demonstrated mindset for continuous improvement.
- Experience working in multicultural, multi-country environments.
- Experience within an HR Shared Services model.
- Familiarity with modern HR and Total Rewards systems—Workday and ServiceNow strongly preferred.
- Compensation-related certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) supporting advanced theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Ability to communicate and present complex compensation concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
