Workday Certified Talent and Recruiting Consultant
Location: Remote
MUST be a Certified Workday Talent and Recruiting Consultant to join our WD Implementation team remotely. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and supporting Workday Talent and Recruiting modules, helping organizations optimize their talent acquisition and management processes.
- MUST be a Certified Workday Recruiting Consultant with proven experience in Workday Talent and/or Recruiting modules.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruiting best practices.
- Experience with Workday configuration, business process design, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Support Workday Talent and Recruiting implementations and configurations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their talent acquisition and recruiting needs and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Workday Recruiting and Talent modules.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Workday Talent and Recruiting functionalities.
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay current with Workday updates and enhancements related to Talent and Recruiting modules.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Experience with Workday integrations related to recruiting and talent management.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and data privacy regulations.
- Project management experience in Workday implementations.
