Position Title:Project (Testing) Coordinator – Workday Implementation

Position Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project (Testing) Coordinator to support a large-scale Workday implementation (HR and/or Finance). This role is critical to ensuring the success of the testing lifecycle by coordinating test activities, managing resources, and driving quality across all phases of testing.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in UAT coordination, test planning, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing lifecycle activities including planning, execution, and reporting
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Workstream Leads to define test scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure all test scenarios, scripts, and test data are prepared, reviewed, and aligned with business requirements
- Track test execution progress, test coverage, and defect status; provide regular status reports
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure readiness of test environments and access controls
- Identify risks and issues impacting testing and escalate appropriately
- Maintain and enforce testing standards, processes, and documentation
- Organize and lead testing status meetings with stakeholders
- Support risk-based testing strategies to ensure optimal product quality
- Monitor testing milestones and ensure on-time delivery
Required Skills/Education:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1+ year of IT experience, OR
Associate’s degree with 3+ years of IT experience, OR equivalent combination - Proven experience in test coordination, QA processes, and UAT management
- Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and QA methodologies
- Experience coordinating testing for enterprise-level implementations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience as a Testing Coordinator for Workday implementations (HR and/or Finance)
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail)
- Exposure to data validation, defect management, and reporting tools
