Title: Business Development/Learning Consultant
Location: Hybrid 3 days a week but must be comfortable going onsite 5 days if a return to office is put in place- onsite Peoria, IL or Chicago, IL (near west loop)
Type: Contract
Pay: $32-33.77/hr w2
Length: 18 months-possibility to convert to full time
Screenings: no tech, full panel drug and background once hired
IV process: 1 or 2 rounds
+optional benefits, long term contract with ability to extend or convert to full time
Must Haves:
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a related field(s): Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Administration or Management (with demonstrated experience in learning or enablement)
- Minimum 5 years experience in this capacity.

- Content Management & Collaboration: Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, for document collaboration and version control.
- Data & Analytics Tools: Comfortable using Excel, LMS reporting dashboards, or basic PowerBI/Tableau reports to track engagement and training effectiveness.
- Project Management Platforms: Experience with AzureDevOps (AzDO) to manage project backlogs, sprints, tasks, and cross-function collaboration.
- Proven ability to assess learning needs, develop role-based curriculum, and deliver scalable, business-aligned learning solutions
- Skilled in learning tools (LMS platforms)

- This Learning Consultant will drive key digital learning initiatives that directly align with our 2026 goals.
- The role centers on leading the development of learning programs for 2–3 prioritized dealer digital job roles, in partnership with subject matter experts, PACS, and engagement consultants.
