Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Required Skills:
Workday HCM Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support Core HCM modules . It entails detailed hands on technical and functional knowledge of workday and the domain . Ability to configure to specs , ability to facilitate requirements sessions as needed and a deep understanding of the best practices. Since none of these domains operate in isolation , the individuals needs to cross collaborate with other related work streams.
• A leader with a sense of urgency and strong delivery focus
• Workday certification in Core HCM is a must
• Design, configure and support business requirements in WD Core HCM for AMS model
• Conduct working sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and come up with solutions
• Experience in Business Process setup
• General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Core HCM, Recruitment, Hire to Retire, Talent Management, Adaptive Planning)
• Good understanding of Workday Security
• Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday Core HCM modules
• Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
• Expert-level experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Workday as a foundation
• Experience in handling discovery sessions with the client
Should be strong in the two or above Functional areas below and Integrations:
Functional Areas: Core HCM Mandatory/ HCM Security
Roles & Responsibilities
• Be part of design team for future roadmaps
• Support projects execution and governance with the customer team.
• Provide configuration support.
• Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in handling Workday Core HCM/Security Configurations
• Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
• Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.
• Experience in Workday report is good to have
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns.
• Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary

• Strong communication skills as would be required
to work directly with custome r/ end users
• Strong technical design skills
• Ability to work in agile kind of environment
with tight timelines
Ability to handle teams working in multiple
sites (onsite, offshore)
