Description:
Bachelor’s degree + 4 years’ experience in HR, IT or Cloud Based Solutions OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses + 6 years’ experience in HR, IT or Cloud Based Solutions OR 8 years’ experience in HR, IT or Cloud Based Solutions
Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers and execute deliverables as required
Experience managing moderate to complex projects
Experience in customer consulting
Experience in cloud-based technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS)
Experience in application configuration
Experience in application / product feature design
Experience in supporting and stabilizing system performance management
Experience in managing system change request and configuration prioritization
Experience in gathering business requirements and translating into technical documents
Problem solving /analytical thinking

Job Responsibilities:
Provides customer consulting and best practice guidance independently 70% of the time
Configures and administers systems 30% of the time
Manages vendor relationships independently 80% of the time
Supports and maintains vendor relationships as DSC (Designated Service Contact)
Conducts RCA (Root Cause Analysis) research and resolution by providing solution options and effort estimations.
Completes data analysis and validation across systems and processes
Provides technical support for HR Applications including updating help desk scripts and self-service knowledge articles
Manages customer and stakeholder relationships and expectations to achieve project initiatives
Coordinates with vendors for resolutions and enhancements
Ensures data integrity and stability of the HR Ecosystem
Guarantees government regulations impacting HR systems and processes are implemented
Consulting
o Provide subject matter expertise to customers by advising customers on industry standards and leading best practices
o Contribute to product feature prioritization and technology roadmaps
o Utilize tools to map processes and identify fits and gaps
o Provides guidance, consulting, and best practice approaches for customer requests
o Participates in system architecture design/consulting with assistance from lead/management
Project Management
o Manages moderate to complex project initiatives with moderate lead/management oversight
o Manages small to medium project initiatives independently
Required Qualification(s)
Extensive Experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
