Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support end-to-end payroll operations across U.S. and international teams. This role focuses on payroll processing, data validation, and employee support while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, one-time payments (OTPs), and leave of absence (LOA) transactions
Support payroll operations for both U.S. and international employees
Audit semi-monthly payroll cycles to ensure accuracy before processing
Reconcile equity transactions (RSUs, stock options) and validate data prior to payroll transmission
Manage payroll inbox and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve payroll-related issues
Ensure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and reporting requirements

Must-Have Skills:

3+ years of payroll administration experience
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and year-end reporting (benefits, RSUs, stock options)
Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll (U.S.)
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Industry Experience:

Experience in fast-paced corporate environments (tech or multinational preferred)
Exposure to global payroll operations is a plus
Experience handling equity-related payroll transactions preferred
