IT Systems Administrator II-III who thrives on using analytics, automation, and high-level technical support to keep our global workforce running smoothly.
You will join a fast-paced, innovative IT team positioned at the heart of our tech organization. In this role, you will act as the critical technical bridge between Tier 1 Helpdesk support and advanced System Engineering, ensuring our infrastructure is not just functional, but optimized.
What You’ll Do
- Advanced Technical Support: Provide hands-on Tier 2/3 IT Support, utilizing core tools such as VS Code, Git, and command-line utilities to resolve complex architectural and technical roadblocks.
- Data-Driven Operations: Interpret data and analyze results from multiple sources (including Gravwell/Splunk, Snowflake, and HIVE) to design, build, and maintain sophisticated dashboards that drive informed leadership decisions.
- Systems Stewardship: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot core systems to ensure secure, 24/7 global operations for all employees.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and flag system anomalies or recurring themes; perform deep-dive root cause analysis to drive timely, permanent resolutions.
- Operational Excellence: Develop, document, and evangelize best practices across the IT department to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with all IT Departments to support seamless system integrations and enterprise-wide process improvements.
- Reliability: Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency escalations to ensure 100% system availability.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, technical support, or a related systems-focused role.
- Analytical Prowess: Proven experience creating and interpreting metrics using tools like Splunk, Gravwell, Snowflake, Hive, Apache Superset, Tableau, Retool, or Atlassian Analytics.
- Troubleshooting Expertise: Elite problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate high-impact situations and perform complex root cause analysis.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the backend of enterprise-grade IT tools such as Okta, LDAP, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional documentation skills with an emphasis on knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
