HR Technology Analyst (Phenom Platform):
Hybrid onsite Mon-Thu in one of the following locations:

Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise technology organization, is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to support the configuration, optimization, and implementation of the Phenom platform within a Workforce Technology environment.
This individual will partner closely with Enterprise Technology teams, Talent Acquisition stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to support recruiting technology initiatives, system enhancements, platform configuration, and rollout activities.
What the right candidate will have:
- 2-5+ years of experience working with HR SaaS applications
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition systems and recruiting technology platforms
- Experience supporting HR technology implementations, configurations, workflows, or platform optimization initiatives
- Experience working within enterprise or multinational environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills
- Experience with platforms such as Phenom, Workday Recruiting, Avature, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Eightfold, or similar recruiting technologies
- Experience supporting testing/UAT, process improvement, system rollouts, or platform operations
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering functional and technical requirements
- Configure and support the Phenom platform according to business requirements and best practices
- Support system rollouts including planning, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and hypercare
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support recruiting technology initiatives and platform enhancements
- Develop and maintain project documentation, process flows, and technical/business requirements
- Collaborate with Enterprise Technology teams, vendors, and consultants to support successful project execution
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
