Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday to streamline hiring processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and understand their roles clearly.
- Administer employee evaluations, performance management processes, and support career development initiatives to foster continuous growth.
- Manage benefits administration including health plans, retirement programs, workers' compensation claims, and leave policies such as FMLA, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment & labor law requirements; handle employee relations issues with professionalism and tact.
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance workforce skills; support change management initiatives during organizational restructuring or process improvements.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy (using platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM), handle data collection and reporting for strategic planning purposes.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in employment & labor law compliance, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning.
- Hands-on experience with HR sourcing tools such as Taleo, Paylocity, or UltiPro; familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex is highly desirable.
- Skilled in conflict management, employee relations, and organizational design; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously through effective project management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex HR concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms including Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, or Ceridian; proficiency in data entry and report generation to support strategic decision-making. Pay: $58,540.18 - $70,500.00 per year
