Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support hiring efforts for corporate functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across accounting, finance, HR, IT, legal, marketing, security, strategy, and related business functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter with strong sourcing and relationship-building skills who can deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience while partnering closely with leadership teams to drive hiring initiatives.
Job Duties:
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for corporate function roles from sourcing through offer stage
- Partner with HR teams and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified internal and external candidates for a variety of corporate positions
- Provide labor market insights including talent availability, compensation trends, and market feedback
- Deliver a high-touch, “white glove” candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies that support diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Promote company culture and employer brand to prospective candidates
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and internal recruitment policies and procedures
- Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organization and urgency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of full-cycle in-house corporate recruiting experience required
- Manufacturing industry recruiting experience preferred
- Strong sourcing and headhunting experience required
- Experience recruiting for corporate roles ranging from entry-level through Senior Director level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with Workday Recruiting and Beamery preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
