Seeking a Senior HRIS Business Analyst with expertise in Workday HCM to support HR systems, data accuracy, and compliance.
Responsibilities include configuring Workday modules, troubleshooting issues, supporting integrations, and managing security access.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to optimize processes, ensure data integrity, and produce reports and analytics.
Support audits, compliance activities, and process improvements while providing excellent service and stakeholder communication.
Minimum qualifications: 5+ years HRIS experience, strong Workday knowledge, and a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred: Workday certification and payroll support experience.
