- Oversee human resources management functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and training & development programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Administer benefits programs, manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and handle payroll processes using systems like ADP or Paychex to ensure accurate data entry and benefits administration.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment aligned with organizational values.
- Support performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, performance reviews, and succession planning activities to foster continuous growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, affirmative action planning, and other legal requirements through diligent recordkeeping and policy updates.
- Lead change management efforts by assisting with organization design projects, strategic planning initiatives, and workforce management strategies to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Manage HR sourcing activities including recruiting efforts via ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like Taleo or iCIMS while leveraging social media platforms for talent outreach. Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
- Knowledge of FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and employment & labor law compliance.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, change management, organization design, and strategic planning within HR functions.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro or PeopleSoft; payroll systems like Paychex or Paylocity; and applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or Taleo.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Experience in benefits administration, talent acquisition strategies, employee evaluation processes, training & development programs, and workforce management tools like Kronos or Dayforce.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection, data entry, contracts management, and administrative tasks.

Pay: $63,110.05 - $76,003.50 per year
