Our client, a global technology leader in e-Commerce, advertising, communications, fintech, and entertainment; is hiring a contract-to-hire Talent Acquisition Vendor Manager to join their growing
talent acquisition operations and programs team!
Hourly Rate: Up to $60/hour (converting salary dependent on location - $115-$130,000/year)
Location: San Mateo, CA (flexible hybrid) or Remote (PST/MST candidates only)
Hire Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months contract)
Support and optimize how their organization engages, procures, and manages third‑party staffing and talent‑related services. This role is central to ensuring that all vendor activity from initial sourcing to purchase order creation to invoice reconciliation ensuring all runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.
Experience Required:
- Multi-skillset role serving as the primary POC for all procurement related initiatives including TA/Staffing Vendor Management, working with hiring leaders, navigation of ATS (Workday), PO Requisition Creation and Lifecycle Management working in collaboration with legal/procurement/finance functions, and MSA/SOW creation/routing
- 8+ years of experience in vendor management, staffing procurement, and/or talent acquisition operations
- Seeking someone that has hands on experience with all 3 pillars from an in-house perspective (not looking for someone who has only worked in the staffing/MSP space)
- This person will serve as the operational backbone of their vendor ecosystem, driving clarity, consistency, and accountability at every stage of the procurement lifecycle
- Strong expertise in procurement workflows, including MSAs/SOWs, PO creation, vendor onboarding, and invoice reconciliation.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with vendors on billing issues, service clarification, and payment resolution.
