Key Responsibilities:
- Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on Workday configuration and support
- Gather business requirements and drive scalable solutions
- Oversee system enhancements and support new feature adoption
- Help manage team priorities, sprint planning, and ticket workflows
- Coach, mentor, and support junior team members
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of Workday experience
- Experience contributing to system strategy, optimization, and roadmap planning
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to operate in both a strategic and hands-on capacity
