About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused People Operations Support professional with strong Workday and Global Leave of Absence (LOA) experience. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle transactions, and end-to-end leave administration across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate will manage onboarding, hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations, and global leave processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and country-specific labor regulations. This role requires strong HRIS expertise, case management skills, operational accuracy, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Benefits, managers, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Workday transactions for onboarding, hiring, promotions, transfers, and offboarding/terminations.
- Manage end-to-end Global Leave of Absence processes including medical, parental, disability, personal, and statutory leaves.
- Respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR system and employee support tickets with timely resolution and excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within Workday and HR systems.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, managers, and external vendors to support employee leave cases and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws, leave regulations, and internal policies across global regions.
- Perform HR data entry, audits, updates, and corrections with a high level of accuracy.
- Generate standard HR operational and leave-related reports for tracking and compliance purposes.
- Support Workday testing, releases, process improvements, and basic system configuration activities.
- Drive scalable, employee-centric HR operational processes and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HRIS Support, or Global Leave Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes (hire-to-retire) and leave management workflows.
- Experience managing global Leave of Absence programs and employee case management.
- Familiarity with labor laws, leave compliance requirements, and HR operational best practices across multiple regions.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry, reporting, and ticket management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
