We are looking for a Senior Workday Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience. The consultant should have experience in Time Hub Module .
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integration Lead / Architect with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and enterprise integration solutions across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
- Lead end-to-end Workday integration implementations and enhancement projects.
- Gather business requirements and create technical design documents.
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and integration standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
Required Skills:- 10+ years of Workday Integration experience.
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, XML, SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials integrations.
- Knowledge of Workday security, custom reports, and calculated fields.
- Experience leading integration teams and client-facing engagements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Workday Pro Integrations Certification.
- Workday Studio Accreditation.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Workday deployments and post-production support.
- Experience integrating Workday with Salesforce and other third-party platforms.
