Contract to Hire W2
This will be a flexible position targeted at 80 hours a month
Part Time
Potential for Contract Extension: This position contract with the right to hire if a need becomes available. Manager will only look at candidates that are open to converting to a full-time employee. Client will not sponsor work visas if the decision is made to hire the contingent worker.
Function of the group: HRIS team. Focused on specific parts and modules of WorkDay. This group focuses on HR Operations.
Current initiatives/project(s) that this resource will be impacting:
- Payroll configuration/ Payroll taxes
- Time Tracking configuration
- Benefits and Absence (less of a focus)
Team dynamic: Standard agile, there is a Sr Architect, will be a BSA to help gather requirements on input of request. This role will need to then dig in with the business
Roles and Responsibilities: Hands on configuration
- Analyzes, design and implements Workday configuration changes for Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, Absence
- Subject-matter expert for applicable processes in Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, Absence
- Consults on the evaluation, design and analysis Payroll, Payroll Tax, Time Tracking, Absence.
- Gather business requirements from the business partners, configuration and specs
- Build pays and earnings codes
Technical Skills:
- Workday Payroll configuration/ Payroll taxes
- WorkDay Time Tracking configuration
- ServiceNow for ticketing and requirements

- HCM core data that gets loaded for all employees
