Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing social media management tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS platforms like Workday, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through cold calling, research, and leveraging employment & labor law knowledge to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and preparing employment contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Lead candidate evaluation sessions, coordinate employee orientation programs, and facilitate employee evaluation processes to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Utilize tools such as Lever, Salesforce, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and Paychex to track recruitment metrics and optimize talent acquisition workflows.
- Stay current with industry trends in HR sourcing, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and succession planning to enhance sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment with a strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage relationships across various levels of an organization.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo and HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during all stages of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Demonstrated ability in research, lead generation, cold calling, and leveraging social media for talent sourcing purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in employee relations, employee orientation, contracts management, and employee evaluation processes.
