Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and conducting interviews to identify top talent.
- Administer employee orientation programs, onboarding processes, and ongoing training & development initiatives to ensure smooth integration and continuous growth.
- Manage employee evaluation procedures, performance management systems, and succession planning strategies to support career development and organizational stability.
- Oversee benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with OSHA regulations to promote a safe and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment & labor law requirements, affirmative action planning, and organizational design principles.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams using social media management tools and HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM for data collection and reporting.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques while maintaining confidentiality and fostering positive workplace relationships.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR sourcing tools such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Paylocity; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is essential.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management methodologies; experience with organizational design and change management is preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or PeopleSoft; strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; experience in training & development programs is advantageous.

Pay: $61,173.14 - $71,627.88 per year
