Job Description
The Human Capital Development Program (HCDP) is a highly selective, two-year rotational leadership development program designed for MBA and Master's graduates interested in building a long-term career within Human Resources and Human Capital Management.
The program provides participants with broad exposure across the People Team function and the business through structured rotational assignments, executive mentorship, enterprise-wide networking opportunities, and leadership development experiences.
Participants will complete three rotational assignments designed to develop strategic, operational, and business acumen while contributing to initiatives that directly impact organizational performance and employee experience.
This program is intended to prepare participants for future leadership opportunities within the People Team organization.
Program Structure
The Human Capital Development Program is a two-year rotational leadership program designed to accelerate the development of future HR professionals. Participants complete three 8-month rotations across People Team Operations, Strategy & Transformation, and Commercial Business Functions, gaining broad exposure to core human capital disciplines and business operations.
The program combines hands-on experience with structured leadership development, technical training, executive exposure, and cross-functional collaboration. Participants build capabilities in talent management, workforce planning, people analytics, organizational effectiveness, HR technology, change management, and business strategy while working on impactful projects that support organizational growth.
Throughout the program, participants engage with senior leaders, participate in cohort-based learning experiences, and complete capstone projects that showcase strategic recommendations and business solutions to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete three rotational assignments over a two-year period.
- Support strategic Human Capital initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Analyze workforce and business data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with People Team leaders and business stakeholders on talent-related initiatives.
- Contribute to projects focused on employee experience, workforce effectiveness, and organizational performance.
- Develop recommendations and presentations for leadership audiences.
- Participate in leadership development programming and cohort activities.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an MBA or Master's degree program.
- Graduation date between May 2025 and August 2026.
- Minimum of four (2) years of professional work experience.
- Prior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Compensation, Workforce Planning, or a related Human Capital discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in professional, academic, military, or community environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be available to begin employment in October 2026.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting business leaders through talent-related initiatives.
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management principles and practices.
- Experience utilizing data and analytics to support decision-making.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with SmartRecruiters ATS, or Workday Human Capital Management systems.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $115,500 - $136,000 USD which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
