Job Overview:

Roann Limited, a family business, is a leading provider of high quality Quartz and Porcelain work surfaces for house builders, developers, and contractors nationwide, is seeking experienced Granite and Quartz worktop installers and digital templaters.

Candidates must have:

Proven experience in installing / digital templating quartz worktops.
Previous experience in the kitchen worktop sector.
A full UK driving licence.
Own Van

Rates:

Installers £500-900

Templaters £300-750

Specifically looking for cover in the following areas:

Fitters Needed In:

Lake District

Scotland: Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Motherwell

South Coast: BN, RH, GU, RG, TN postcodes

East Anglia

Templaters Needed In:

East Anglia

Van Tooling Included: Basic tools for installation, including a battery 5” grinder, battery drill, and battery polisher.

Qualifications Support: Assistance with obtaining CSCS and SSSTS certifications (if working in a team) where necessary.

Volume of Work: Potential for 10+ installations per week.
Health & Safety Setup: Comprehensive health and safety support, including:
Manual handling training (certified).
Task specific manual handling assessment.
Face fit certification.
Certified Abrasive Wheels training.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect worktops from the factory or receive deliveries on-site.
Drive to sites to complete installations.
Install Quartz, Porcelain and recycled glass worktops, including undermounted sinks.
Handle siliconing of joints and upstands.
Perform adjustments on-site using a grinder and polisher if required.
Solve site and plot access or design issues as they arise.
Report issues and work on-site resolutions or schedule revisits when necessary.
Complete and file all necessary job documentation using JobWellDone.
Communicate professionally with site teams and the Roann Operations office.
