Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates via ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires through comprehensive employee orientation programs.
- Oversee employee performance management and evaluation procedures to promote continuous development and recognize high performers.
- Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims using platforms like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning by maintaining accurate records and conducting regular audits.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and organizational design projects to support strategic planning and workforce management objectives.
- Handle employee relations matters by mediating conflicts effectively and managing disciplinary actions with professionalism.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry accuracy and generate reports for data collection, workforce analytics, and HR metrics analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
- Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Lever, iCIMS, or SAP SuccessFactors; experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills combined with conflict management abilities to foster positive employee relations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection, contracts administration, and benefits processing.

Pay: $63,009.57 - $75,882.49 per year
