We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Case Coordinator to support patient care coordination in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This is a phone-intensive role where you will spend the majority of your day making outbound calls to patients and providers, managing cases, and ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
This role is an entry point into the organization, with strong opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Coordinate care by scheduling appointments and following up on cases

Experience in call centers, healthcare coordination, scheduling, or highvolume environments
