The consultant is expected to support day-to-day operational activities across multiple Workday functional areas:
1. Workday HCM Core Support
- Employee lifecycle support
- Organization structures
- Supervisory organizations
- Security troubleshooting
- Data corrections
- Tenant support
2. Business Process & Workflow Administration
- Configure and maintain business processes
- Workflow routing adjustments
- Approval chain updates
- Notification and escalation support
- Troubleshoot process failures
3. Compensation Support
- Compensation plans
- Merit processes
- Bonus setup/support
- Eligibility rules
- Compensation business processes
4. Benefits Administration
- Benefit event troubleshooting
- Enrollment support
- Vendor feed support
- Eligibility troubleshooting
- Open enrollment support
5. Recruiting Support
- Job requisition workflows
- Candidate lifecycle support
- Recruiting BP troubleshooting
- Interview workflow coordination
- Offer approvals
6. Absence Management (Minor)
- Time off troubleshooting
