Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday to attract top candidates through social media management and targeted sourcing techniques.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and performance management processes to promote continuous growth and engagement.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
- Administer benefits programs, including benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Ensure adherence to employment & labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), affirmative action planning, and OSHA regulations.
- Implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions smoothly while maintaining productivity.
- Utilize HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or ADP for data collection, data entry, payroll processing via systems like Paychex or Paylocity, and workforce management.
- Lead projects related to HR sourcing, succession planning, and organization design to strengthen talent pipelines and leadership development.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning and organizational development.
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, employee evaluation, performance management, and training & development.
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law compliance including FMLA, workers' compensation policies, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or UltiPro effectively for data collection and reporting purposes.
- Experience with payroll systems like Paychex or ADP as well as applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization while managing conflict resolution efficiently.
- Prior experience in project management related to HR initiatives including benefits administration, workforce management tools like Kronos or UltiPro, and change management processes is preferred. Pay: $100.00 - $140.00 per hour
