Responsibilities
Seeking experienced Workday Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Workday Consultant who can provide expert support in at least one of the areas below.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations as a Lead or Solutions Architect in one or more of the below:
- Core HR
- Recruiting
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Performance Management
- Learning
- Data Migration
- Workday Integrations Developer
- Reporting and Analytics Specialists
- QA and Testing Specialists
- Workday Security
Requirements
- 5+ years minimum experience in one or more areas listed above
- 5+ full-cycle implementations completed
- Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required
- Active Workday Certification(s)
Preferred (but Not Required)
- Experience in Government implementations
- Active Security Clearance
- Local to the DC, Maryland, Northern VA (DMV) area
