Duties
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for diverse roles, including technical positions, executive roles, and entry-level talent.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Salesforce.
- Conduct thorough interviews, employing strong communication skills to assess candidate fit and potential.
- Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and refine selection criteria.
- Manage candidate relationships through effective relationship management techniques and talent pipeline development for future needs.
- Support onboarding processes including employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and employee evaluation procedures.
- Stay current on HRIS systems such as Kronos, UltiPro, Paychex, ADP, PeopleSoft, and Workday to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Participate in campus recruitment events and succession planning activities to build a robust talent pool for long-term growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting within a fast-paced environment with a focus on technical recruiting or executive search.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; experience with HRIS systems like Kronos or UltiPro is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure all hiring practices are compliant and ethical.
- Ability to research market trends and utilize social media management tools for lead generation and employer branding efforts.
- Demonstrated success in internal recruiting initiatives including employee relations, employee orientation, and training & development programs.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport across teams at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with sales techniques such as cold calling for candidate outreach and lead generation activities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts, employee evaluations, and succession planning processes.

Pay: $61,103.04 - $73,586.45 per year
