Contingent Workforce Manager – Remote (MSP/VMS Workforce Solutions)

We are hiring an experienced Contingent Workforce Manager to join a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) organization supporting enterprise clients with their contingent workforce management, staffing programs, and workforce optimization initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience managing MSP programs, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), contingent labor operations, staffing suppliers, client relationships, and workforce solutions delivery. This role requires a strategic, client-focused professional who can drive operational excellence, improve program performance, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise contingent workforce programs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, hiring managers, staffing vendors, and internal teams
- Oversee MSP program delivery, vendor performance, compliance, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Partner with suppliers and recruiters to improve candidate flow, quality, and fulfillment metrics
- Analyze workforce data, reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities
- Support implementation and optimization of VMS technology platforms
- Drive process improvements across staffing, onboarding, compliance, and workforce operations
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and contingent labor stakeholders
- Resolve escalations and ensure high-quality service delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, MSP, staffing operations, recruitment operations, or workforce consulting
- Hands-on experience managing MSP/VMS programs
- Strong knowledge of contract staffing, temporary workforce, SOW, supplier management, and talent acquisition processes
- Experience working with enterprise clients and multiple staffing vendors
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, Workday VNDLY, or similar systems
- Background in Managed Service Provider (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), staffing, or talent solutions
- Experience managing workforce metrics including fill rates, time-to-fill, supplier performance, and compliance
