JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Recruiter for a leading insurance and financial services organization. This role is designed for a high-output recruiting professional who excels in fast-paced, process-driven environments. The individual will focus on screening large volumes of inbound applicants, evaluating candidates using structured interview methods, and efficiently progressing qualified candidates through the hiring process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys execution-focused recruiting, thrives on hitting daily metrics, and takes pride in delivering a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct 20–25 screening calls per day (20–30 minutes each)
- Screen inbound applicants against predefined hiring criteria
- Follow structured interview scripts and evaluation processes
- Make quick hiring recommendations and move candidates forward
- Manage candidate flow and status updates within the ATS
- Coordinate candidate movement through recruiting and onboarding workflows
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation
- Support high-volume hiring classes (5–75 hires at a time)
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates
- Deliver a positive candidate experience while maintaining speed and efficiency
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1–4+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination
- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Proven ability to conduct candidate screening calls and assessments
- Experience using and managing workflows in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong ability to manage high candidate volume efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build quick rapport
- Highly organized and process-driven mindset
- Ability to move candidates quickly through hiring and onboarding stages
- Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven recruiting environment
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Workday ATS
- Background in high-volume hourly or non-exempt hiring
- Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Call center recruiting experience
- Experience supporting large hiring classes or hiring events
- Exposure to onboarding coordination
The compensation for this role is $20 - $24 per hour.
This position is a contract for about 5 months with the potential for extension/conversion but not guaranteed.
