PlanIT Group ('PLANIT') seeks a highly qualified and entrepreneurial Workday HRIS Consultant to serve as a fractional advisor, thought leader and pre sales SME. This person should be a business minded individual who understands the "why" in making good business decisions around Workday.
Qualifications:
- A consultative mindset with the ability to understand business needs, pain points and "why"s" is REQUIRED
- Hands on experience with Workday Core HCM is REQUIRED
- Hands on experience with Workday Payroll and Recruiting is REQUIRED
- Hands on experience with the Workday Platform (security, business processes, reporting, admin, etc) is REQUIRED
- Hands on working experience with AI and automation is a NICE TO HAVE
