Global Benefits Specialist-APAC/EMEA exp required
Benefits Specialist-Global experience (remote/East Coast area)
Seeking an experienced HR professional for our client to support global benefits operations across regions. This role will focus on end-to-end benefits administration, new hire onboarding support, and promoting employee wellness initiatives across a diverse, international workforce.
Location: remote (east coast only)
Responsibilities include
- Responding to employee inquiries through an internal ticketing system and delivering a high level of service to employees and internal stakeholders.
- The position will also support leave of absence administration, including guiding employees through upcoming leave processes, preparing documentation, and coordinating closely with payroll on statutory leave requirements across multiple countries.
- Additional responsibilities include supporting the rollout of benefits programs and systems in new regions, assisting with global projects, and reviewing and processing benefits invoices in partnership with finance.
- This role will also serve as an escalation point for more complex benefits-related matters and provide broader support to the global benefits function as needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has experience supporting international benefits and leave programs. Workday software experience a must.
