Pay Range: $41.44 - $60.14 per hour

The Sr. Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Business and Reporting Analyst (BP Config, Admin Reporting) bridges business needs and Workday's capabilities, focusing on configuring workflows, creating reporting, maintaining system integrity through testing and documentation, and acting as a crucial link between HR, stakeholders, and end-users for seamless, compliant operations.

Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (four years).
- Minimum of three years of experience as a business analyst supporting enterprise systems for employees and staff.
- Advanced user of Microsoft applications.
- Experience with a project team responsible for roll out or migration of data at enterprise level.
- General experience with excellent customer, problem solving, documentation and follow-up skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications
- Workday Pro certification in one or more HCM workstreams.
- Prior Workday Business Analyst experience, ideally with the HCM domain.
- Experience administering Workday security, including role-based user-based, and domain security levels and policies, along with business process and integration system security.

Responsibilities
- Designs, builds, and maintains workflows across Workday HCM workstreams to match company policies, using Workday framework.
- Provides support for Workday HCM functions, implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-launch optimization and maintenance.
- Supports the management of roles, security groups (role-based, user-based) and policies to grant least privileged access, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
- Leads the design and development of complex reports and dashboards across the HCM domain. Serves as the go-to reporting expert and strategic advisor, helping business teams translate data needs into insightful, actionable reporting solutions.
- Oversees report lifecycle management, including governance, naming conventions, metadata tagging, documentation, and
- retirement.
- Manages validation processes to ensure accuracy and collaborates with security partners on report access and compliance.Consults with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and deliver scalable, reusable reporting solutions.
- Supports compliance, board, and state reporting through scheduled and ad hoc reporting solutions.
- Maintains enterprise reporting inventories and ensure alignment with data governance frameworks.
- Collaborates with stakeholders within Human Resources and D&IS, and across the organization, as needed to analyze the nature and extent of customer requirements and concerns.
- Translates business requirements into technical solutions and provides support for system enhancements.
- In coordination with D&IS, completes a functional impact assessment of any changes within Workday, including impacted business processes and downstream data dependencies
- Performs systems integration and UAT testing as assigned.
- Performs data imports and exports within prescribed timeframes, conducts routine checks for quality assurance and data integrity.
- Creates and maintains documentation for configurations, processes, security changes, and test plans, aligning with audit and data privacy standards.
- Maintains and updates CRTs, look up tables, reference materials, and structures to support change(s) in configuration, business rules, organizational set up, interfaces, and/or system access.
