We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to help support the administration, maintenance, optimization, and reporting of HR systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficient benefits administration. This role partners with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and third-party vendors to optimize HR technology, support system integrations, and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate has experience with HRIS platforms, benefits administration, data management, and supporting system integrations and organizational changes, including mergers and acquisitions.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, system performance, security, and compliance
- Support HR, benefits, payroll, and employee data processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors, and benefits providers to troubleshoot issues, implement system enhancements, and optimize HR technology
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, eligibility, carrier integrations, reconciliations, and compliance reporting
- Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and regulatory reporting
- Assist with HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, documentation, and process improvements
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes through HRIS integration, employee data migration, system consolidation, and benefits harmonization
Experience We’re Looking For:
- 3-5+ years' experience of HRIS experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Knowledge of HRIS business rules, data governance, and system optimization practices
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as UKG, ADP, Paycor, Workday, or similar systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
- Background supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale organizational integrations
- Experience with HR system implementations, migrations, APIs, file feeds, integrations, and BI tools
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee data management, benefits administration, payroll processes, and HR/payroll system integrations
Additional Requirements:
- Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment/random drug tests
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 10%

- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, human resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in the power, utility sector
