Baltic Food Distributing is a food and beverage distribution company seeking a dependable Warehouse order picker to join our warehouse team in Countryside, IL.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders in freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas
- Build and assemble pallets for delivery routes
- Load and unload products as needed
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred
- Experience operating manual and/or electric pallet jacks required
- Ability to work in freezer, cooler, and dry warehouse environments
- Ability to lift and move products throughout the workday
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
Full-Time Position – 40+ Hours
Both shifts are morning shifts and rotate weekly:
- Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Week 2: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Monday – Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
