Responsibilities:
As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll help support and evolve Alera Group’s enterprise compensation programs. You’ll work across job pricing, benchmarking, job architecture, salary surveys, compensation analytics, and Workday while partnering with HR and business leaders across the organization.

Price and benchmark jobs using multiple market data sources and internal equity analysis.

Support job architecture, leveling, job families, and career paths.

Manage salary survey submissions and analyze market results.

Build compensation reporting and analytics that turn data into actionable insights.

Support annual compensation processes, salary structures, and Workday Compensation activities.

Contribute to compensation projects tied to Alera Group’s continued transformation and growth.
Qualifications:

You have 2+ years of hands-on compensation experience, including job pricing and market benchmarking.

You're highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large sets of compensation data.

You can analyze data and explain what it means to HR and business partners.

You're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Experience with Workday Compensation, job architecture/career pathing, or CCP certification is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 annually
