We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant for a 12-month contract with potential extension.
📍 Location: Alabama - Onsite
🗓️ Duration: 12 months + potential extension
⏰ Schedule: 40 hours/week

Must-Have Requirements:
- Strong hands-on Workday HCM / Core HCM experience
- Experience with Workday HCM implementations
- Phase 1 / Greenfield Workday implementation experience preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience - REQUIRED
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing/UAT, and issue resolution
- Experience working with HRIS teams, HR leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation partners
- Experience with additional Workday modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Reporting, Security, or Integrations is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ideal Candidate:
Senior Workday HCM Functional Consultant with manufacturing + Workday implementation experience who can work closely with the internal HRIS team and implementation partner.
