We are looking for a Workday Consultant who has strong expertise in Workday Talent Management and Planning, along with solid hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM. The consultant will be responsible for supporting implementations, leading specific functional workstreams, and contributing to optimization and enhancement initiatives within the Workday environment.
Primary Skills:
Experience with Workday HCM system.
Workday Talent Optimization consultant with 2–4 years of experience.
Workday Talent Optimization and/or Succession Planning Certification preferred.
Hands-on experience supporting Workday implementations, Phase X, or enhancements.
Familiarity with Workday Implementation Methodology and ability to contribute to project deliverables.
Secondary Skills:
Solid understanding of Workday Talent Management and Optimization processes.
Experience configuring and maintaining talent management features such as talent pools, succession plans, career development frameworks, and performance tools.
Ability to support identification of competencies and skills aligned to business needs.
Assist in aligning employee development plans with organizational goals.
Ability to manage multiple tasks across project and support engagements.
Support client discussions by providing recommendations based on industry practices and prior experience.
Participate in system testing activities including data validation, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist in developing training materials and delivering end-user training sessions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Stay informed on Workday releases and assist in assessing impact and recommending improvements.
Contribute to project execution activities including configuration, documentation, and issue resolution.
Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently with moderate guidance.
Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism.
Adaptable to change and able to balance system, process, and business considerations during solution delivery.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.91/hour - $59.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
