Workday HCM ERP Implementation Consultant / Higher Education / Cleveland, OH
Our client is a prominent higher education institution. Based out of Cleveland, OH (44115), they are looking to hire a Workday HCM ERP Implementation Consultant on a contract basis (onsite 2–3 days/week).

Contract Duration: 12 – 18 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Workday HCM configuration and business process frameworks
- Proven experience supporting ERP implementations within higher education environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and testing methodologies
- Proficiency with SQL
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a contract environment
Desired Skills & Experience
- Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM systems
What You Will Be Doing
- Tech Breakdown Workday HCM: Design, configuration, testing, deployment
- Core Modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence
- Data migration, system integration, defect troubleshooting
- SQL
- Daily Responsibilities Support end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM
- Assist system design and solution alignment for HR, Payroll, and academic teams
- Recommend best practice configurations
- Data migration, validation, and integration activities
- Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT)
- Create user documentation and support training
- Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
- Assist Data Center team with PeopleSoft HR troubleshooting as needed
