Job Description:
Must-Have Skills
- Four to six years of Workday financial reporting experience
- Must have developed financial reports specifically within Workday
- Must understand accounting and finance concepts and principles
- Workday certification
- The intake identifies Workday certification as a required qualification
- Candidate should have hands-on Workday configuration experience, not only report-writing exposure
- Reporting and analytical capability
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience processing large, multidimensional datasets from multiple sources
- Ability to analyze, test, validate, and communicate findings
- Workday Finance configuration knowledge
- Worktags

- Security roles and their impact on reporting and data access
- Financial-domain understanding
- Financial reporting and planning processes
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of relevant Workday Finance and Accounting reporting experience, including Prism and/or Tableau (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)
- Workday certification or commitment to completing relevant Workday certification upon joining
- Deep understanding of financial reporting and planning processes and systems
- Solid working knowledge of Workday security roles and how they impact reporting and data access
- Technical proficiency with Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong storytelling, dashboard design, and executive communication skills
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights)
• Prior retail and/or grocery industry experience
